McColman & Sons Demolition Ltd was awarded the demolition contract on July 21, 2017.

Scope of work:

• Demolition and removal of a 25,000 sq. ft. building that consisted of service bays, storage bays and a 2-storey sales and administration building.
• Demolition and removal of concrete slabs, pile caps and a shed.
• Careful separation of the east side walls that was attached to an existing operating automotive dealership.

Demolition work was completed in 2 weeks and we were able to recycle over 1,295 tonnes of concrete and over 67 tonnes of mixed metals.
