Demolition of Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan

Built in the 1950’s this 200 feet high head frame structure was constructed with asbestos panel siding and heavy structural steel. This building was fallen by McColman & Sons Demolition using about 8 pounds of explosives. The entire project was completed with in 30 days. Time was very crucial as the plant had been closed during it’s annual 30 day shut down.
